Policies
Love at First Sight 4D is dedicated to providing you with a one-on-one personalized experience. Our policies are in place out of respect for all of our clients and our staff.
We are open by appointment only & our hours may vary. Please visit our Online Booking Calendar to see current availability. Appointments are typically available Tuesday-Friday 10AM-4PM, on Saturdays 10AM-5PM & occasionally Sundays 11AM-2PM.
HOURS
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, and no more than about 5 minutes early. Our office runs strictly on an appointment schedule and we cannot accommodate any early or late arrivals.
ARRIVAL TIME
We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen, please kindly provide 24 hours notice, should you no longer be available for your appointment. When you forget or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will apply. This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please help us maintain a healthy environment for our expecting families. If you are sick (including a cold, fever, flu etc), are getting over an illness, or have the onset of symptoms of an illness, please call us immediately to reschedule. With advance notice, we may be able to apply your cancellation fee as a credit towards payment of your rescheduled appointment. Anyone who arrives with symptoms of an illness will not be serviced. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before coming for an ultrasound.
SICK POLICY
Although we do our best to accommodate clients that are late for their scheduled appointment. Appointments are scheduled back-to-back, at precise intervals that allow us time to prepare for each service. If you are 15 minutes late, then unfortunately you have just missed your appointment. In special cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion & only with advanced notification of your late arrival. Your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. If you are running a few minutes behind, please call and leave a message.
LATE ARRIVALS
If we are unable to determine the gender at the time of your appointment (usually due to baby’s position), we will bring you back for a free rescan within 1-2 weeks, until we can tell you the gender. However, there will be no free rescan offered to individuals who schedule their gender determination appointment for earlier than 14 weeks. At 14 weeks+ we can determine gender with an extremely high accuracy rate (over 99%), however, at no time during pregnancy can we, or anyone, ever guarantee the gender of your baby 100%.
GENDER GUARENTEE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL & THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES RENDERED.
Remember you are paying to see your baby, as they are, at the time of your appointment & watch baby interact with their natural environment. We guarantee that we will always try our very best to get beautiful images of your baby’s face. However, factors beyond our control may affect the results (i.e. baby’s position, amount of fluid, maternal body type). We make no guarantee that the images will always meet your expectations or look like other images you have seen.
REFUNDS
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and may be asked to pre-pay for any future services. Any client who has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time is considered a No Show.
NO SHOW POLICY
If your baby is camera shy at your 3D/4D appointment, and we are unable to obtain ANY suitable images of baby’s facial features or profile, we will offer a one-time free rescan for you to come back and try again. Free rescans are offered at the discretion of the sonographer. Only one free rescan may be offered for each paid appointment (excluding specials that specifically state “Does not qualify for free rescan”). There will be NO discounts or refunds if images cannot be obtained at the time of the rescan. In the event that you are still not satisfied with the images obtained at your free rescan, you may purchase an additional rescan at the cost of %50 off the price of your original package. Rescans are 20 minutes long and must be within 14 days of the initial visit. Rescans are available on weekdays only.
Rescans are not available to those who are unhappy with their images due to the gestational age of baby at the time of their appointment. Please be sure that you schedule during the right timeframe for what you are expecting to see.
